Refund Policy – Digital Products
At The Civil Experience, we sell digital, downloadable products.
All products available on this website are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods.
By purchasing any product from our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. No Refund After Delivery or Download
Once a digital product is:
- Downloaded
- Accessed
- Delivered via email
- Or made available in your account dashboard
We do NOT offer any refund, cancellation, or exchange under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Purchased by mistake
- Lack of product knowledge
- Compatibility issues with your device
- No longer required
- Personal financial reasons
All sales are final.
2. Duplicate Payment Refund
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same product within 1 hour,
we will provide a 100% refund for the extra transaction.
To process the refund, you must provide:
- Both payment transaction IDs
- Payment screenshot
- Registered email ID used during purchase
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
3. Technical Issues
If you face any technical issue while downloading or accessing the file,
we will provide technical support and resend the product if required.
However, refund will not be provided in such cases.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a customer downloads or accesses the product and later raises a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with the payment provider, we reserve the right to:
- Submit proof of digital delivery (including IP logs and download records)
- Suspend or permanently block access to our products
All digital delivery records are maintained as proof of service.
